Terrible company. Fixed water line break under my driveway, dumped concrete in my yard the put dirt over it so I didn’t know until I couldn’t grow grass there. Concrete truck completely ruined my gutter by driving into it, and then they’d never return by phone call. Small claims court here I come. Complete incompetency. Licensed should be revoked. Never ever use these people.
They showed up 3 hours later than they stated, and did not call to say that they would be late. When they discovered that my problem was bigger then they were prepared to handle that day they said that they would call later with an estimate and a plan of action. Three days later we called them and were given a completely different story than the one we were told the day they arrived. We didn't find them to be honest or competent and decided to go with someone else.
Piss poor company I would give them zero stars but have to give one called them to do a job a couple months ago never showed to do the job now they came and gave an estimate at my wife's grandmother's house said they would show up 2 weeks ago now there not answering there phone horrible company would never recommend to anyone
Called about main water line leak they told me they would come look at it to shoot me a price n they never showed up. Great business guys lol
I turned the water off from the meter due to a water leak in my crawlspace Sunday, Sept. 4th. I called Mercer plumbing Monday morning, was told they would be out Tuesday and would call before they came. At 11am Tuesday, I called to make sure l was still on the list, was assured I was and would be called before their arrival. At 5pm Tuesday, I still had not heard anything, called 3 times between 5pm and 6pm and he would not answer my calls. I did get the water leak repaired by another company. I called Mercer Plumbing again Wed. to let them know how disappointed I was in lack of service and not even courteous enough to call. He still would not answer my phone call. I would not recommend this company for any plumbing services.
