Very friendly and comforting staff. These people were a godsend during one of our roughest times. They do their best to work with you as much as possible. I'm glad we chose them to help us put our loved one to rest, and if we could choose again, we'd go with them all over again.
Very thoughtful and patient. David was very nice and was willing to go above and beyond in a short amount if time. I know nobody wants to be in the situation of planning a funeral, but he makes it easy and as pain-free as possible.
